VISION: AND THEY CAST OFF RESTRAINT
12th March 2008
I saw this vision a few days ago.
I saw the edge of a cliff.
A few people were sitting just away from the edge looking straight ahead, at the vast openness. The people who sat here thought they had come to a dead end. They could not gauge how far down below was the valley, as the entire area thousands of feet below, as far as the eyes could see, was covered in a blanket of grey cloud.
Behind these people, were a great many climbing up. But those who sat near the cliff saw them not. They were not aware of all that was unfolding behind them.
The leaders of these crowds reached the top first and were shocked to see the cliff. They had understood from the vision that was shared with them that if they climbed up to the cliff, there would be a bridge to take them to the mountain across, where according to the vision that had been shared with them, was where the Lord Wanted them to go.
The leaders were in a state of shock. The mountain across was thousands of miles away and there was no bridge!
Even if they built a bridge, it would take a great many years to complete.
The leaders decided that the vision which had brought them thus far was false and could not be of God.
All knew that God Had Prepared great things for them on that mountain. But they were so far away from that mountain.
The leaders announced to their followers, “Relax, this is not the place. We missed it. Let us go back to where we came from. Let us return to the place where we were before the vision came.
NEXT:
I saw that one long line of leaders stood near the cliff, they stretched from one end to the other.
They stood there to warn their followers not to come further. They now looked like a black moss covered thick wall. Their backs faced those who were sitting near the cliff, looking ahead. They could not see the people behind them, who were looking ahead.
The other leaders and their followers slid back to where they had been when they first heard the vision.
It was at a place of mid-height.
There the leaders said, “Go about the work you were doing before we mistakenly set off to travel to the cliff”.
Now that there was no vision, the people cast off restraint. The leaders assured their followers that they would surely find them another vision.
So now I saw the people who had been climbing the mountain, had descended, and were playing ping pong, table tennis, volley ball, and involved in all manner of games and entertainment. The people felt that their leaders were wise enough to find them another more accurate vision. So they said what they liked, roamed where they liked, and did what they liked.
“ Surely, there must be an easier way, to get to that other mountain, maybe another route, with a shorter bridge perhaps?”, said the leader of leaders.
Barely had they discussed the idea, that down below, they saw a man, selling roadmaps and with rope bridges, slung around his shoulders.
The leaders called to him to come up, but the salesman, rather beckoned them to come below.
So all ran down as fast as they could, sure that this salesman had come in answer to their heart’s desire.
The roadmaps and elastic rope bridges were expensive. The salesmen assured the leaders that they could earn a commission if they convinced the entire crowd to pay the cost.
The people emptied their pockets of all the money they had, and the leaders, secretly pocketed their commission.
NEXT:
The salesman had told the crowd that there was a shorter route and all they had to do was follow the road map.
On the paper roadmap, the leaders and their followers saw a mountain that vaguely resembled the one they were headed to.
The salesmen had a team who were waiting in a corner. They brought to the people hundreds of short stretchable rope bridges, which they said would help them over the mountain range and take them to the specific mountain they were headed to.
NEXT:
Up near the cliff, a few amongst those who’d been looking ahead, became frustrated by the long wait. They rose up, and barely had their shoulder tilted to go the other way, that suddenly a silver bridge divinely appeared.
The leaders who had formed a black wall, to warn others not to go further, saw not the silver bridge.
When the bridge appeared, the people who saw it, shouted gleefully, “The bridge is here, the bridge is here”, but the leaders had formed such a thick impenetrable wall, that their loud joyful announcement could not be heard either by the wall of leaders, who stood with their backs to them, or by the crowds and their leaders who were down below.
I saw those who had been looking out, including those who were just about to turn away, joyfully run to the bridge.
I saw that the bridge moved with divine speed and took them to the other mountain which had seemed thousands of miles away.
That which they had considered impossible had now divinely become possible.
Towards the end of the vision, I saw that the leaders, who had formed a black wall, had vacated the area of the cliff and gone down to join the others.
I saw the crowds and their leaders, wrapped in nettles and thorns, trying to maneuver their way along slippery treacherous paths.
They had in their hands a vast quantity of these stretchable rope bridges, but there was no more any mountain in sight. They stood upon a mount of slippery mud, not knowing which way to move.
The roadmap they had been consulting was now covered in muddy finger marks.
I saw that the people looked bewildered. Now they were all scattered on mounts of wet treacherously slippery mud, with these stretchable rope bridges, some slung over their right shoulder, and another they held in their hands.
I saw that each one was left to find his own means of survival.
They carried no food or water, only a heavy load of stretchable rope bridges.
None were aware that they were perishing.

Swarna, this was so encouraging. It is a strong message to us to keep watch and not turn away to take another path. Our bridge, our miracle is coming.
